XTIX · Partners support

LIVE 2026-11-02 17:31 UTCPartners are the organisers who sell on XTIX. This board reads only their side of the support inbox: what they write about, how much of it is still open, and what it takes to close a thread. The fans side is its own board.

18.0% of partner conversations are still open (9 of 50), against 15.1% of fan conversations (75 of 496). A partner thread is far more likely to stay open than a fan thread.

Most of it is not a support problem in the usual sense — seating maps, a refund confirmation for a cancelled event, interface bugs, a withdrawal. It is account work that has no other inbox to land in.

The biggest single reason is Organizer. Refund confirmation — 13 conversations, 26.0% of the partner inbox. After that the reasons scatter, which is what makes partner work slow: every thread is a different small thing.

This board was split out of the company dashboard so it can grow on its own, and the company dashboard keeps everything else. Every figure keeps one chain back to its source, named in the last panel. Periods, money and the FX basis follow the same rules as the company dashboard. Blocks whose source failed in this run are shown as unavailable with the reason, instead of a stale or partial number.
